Job Title: Social Work Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our team as a Social Work Lecturer. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning activities to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver effective and inclusive teaching and learning activities that meet the needs of our students.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs of study and course materials.
  • Engage in professional development to enhance teaching practice and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Participate in outreach and widening participation activities to promote our department and programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Social Worker with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning activities.
  • Relevant degree and teaching qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • GCSE A*-C or nationally recognized level 2 qualification in English or equivalent.
  • DBS on the update service.
