Forestry Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Forestry Contracts Manager to join our team at our Workington Mill. The successful candidate will have a relevant Forestry or land-based qualification and experience of managing harvesting operations, organising transport and trading within the forestry supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and develop harvesting and haulage systems within the area.
- Work with the Forest Area Managers to support harvesting and haulage operations to ensure effective delivery.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and compliance.
- A relevant Forestry or land-based qualification.
- Experience of managing harvesting operations, organising transport and trading within the forestry supply chain.
- Appropriate training in both the working environment and Health & Safety.
- Good knowledge of Environment and Certification within Forestry.
- Knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft office suite).
