Job Title: Interim Head of R2R

Our client, a leading FMCG business based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Interim Head of R2R. This position has arisen due to the current incumbent leaving the company, and the contract is expected to last at least 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the permanent hire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the R2R team and ensure the smooth operation of the record-to-report process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the R2R process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R2R with other business processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
