About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience providing administration support in a legal office to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Residential Property team, you will work closely with fee earners to administer all post-completion procedures, ensuring compliance with mortgage lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Administer post-completion procedures, including Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns submissions.">
  • E nsure compliance with mortgage lender post-completion requirements.">
  • Notify clients and/or lenders of completion registration and send relevant documents.">
  • Handle telephone calls as deemed necessary.">
  • File, store, and retrieve client papers and files in accordance with firm policies.">

Requirements

  • Previous experience and understanding of the post-completion process.">
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with proficient literacy and numeracy skills.">
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with a professional telephone manner.">
  • Good IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).">

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
