Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Lynvor, Isle of Anglesey.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, as required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with service users.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
