About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team at NFU Energy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of energy-related projects, including electric and heat generation, fuel sustainability, and compliance with incentive schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor project delivery
  • Liaise with clients, 3rd parties, and regulatory bodies
  • Manage time and resources
  • Lead and develop a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates, and/or Apprentices

Requirements:

  • Dedicated and experienced engineer with line management experience
  • Strong organisational, communication, and inter-personal skills
  • Proven technical knowledge related to the energy industry
  • Demonstrable report writing capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office and Autocad

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per year, dependent on experience
