The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Group Practice Executive to join our team in Belfast. This role will provide administrative support to our partners and lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of our Digital Legal Delivery practices and their immediate team.
- Proactively manage and prioritize partner diaries, organizing appointments, conferences, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation, visas, and offsite meeting requirements.
- Assist with global visits and visitors, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to our partners and lawyers, including document preparation and data entry.
- Supervise a team of PAs, providing guidance and direction as needed.
- Monitor attendance and timekeeping, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Participate in the firm's annual performance review and Talent process.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Secretary/PA in a professional services environment.
- Previous experience of supervision or leadership of a team of PAs.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong judgement, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven high-level organizational and time management skills.
