Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agricultural Specialist to join our team at REAL Success Ltd. as a Herdsperson.

• Support the Farm Manager with day-to-day duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the farm.
• Take control of the farm while the Farm Manager is away, making key decisions to ensure the well-being of the herd.
• Conduct daily herd management, prioritizing animal welfare and ensuring the highest standards of care.
• Milk the herd to a high standard, working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe milking environment.
• Treat and identify illnesses, informing the senior team of any observations and taking necessary action.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Support with dry cow management, calving cows, and colostrum protocols.
• Maintain the overall farm in a tidy and safe condition, including general yard work and machine maintenance.

• UK Right to Work
• Full UK Driving License
• Foot Trimming license preferred
• At least 2 years of milking experience
• Strong agriculture background
• Motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic individual
• High standards of work
