The Clink Charity aims to reduce reoffending rates by providing prisoners with valuable skills and qualifications in catering and horticulture.

The charity operates training restaurants and gardens within prisons across England and Wales, offering inmates the opportunity to gain City & Guilds NVQ qualifications.

The Clink also operates a social enterprise, Clink Events, providing catering to some of London's prestigious venues, and it is in the process of opening Clink College, to provide training and support to young people at risk of offending.

As a CEO, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve The Clink's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charity's strategic goals, organisational development, and financial sustainability.
  • Ensure resources are available to meet objectives and future commitments.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Justice and local councils.
  • Act as an ambassador for The Clink, engaging with government, media, and donors.
  • Foster an organisational culture that attracts and motivates high-quality staff from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Ministry of Justice Enhanced Vetting.
  • Right to work in the UK and ability to provide original documentation.
