A proactive approach and strong teamwork are key to the success of this Electrical Engineer role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in facilities management or building services and a recognised qualification in electrical engineering (ONC level or equivalent). They will also possess a strong proficiency in software applications, including MS Word and Excel, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reactive Maintenance: Complete tasks assigned through the Help Desk, adhering to company standards and responding promptly.
  • Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Carry out PPM work in line with company procedures and ensure timely completion.
  • Site Inventory Management: Track and maintain site inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Contract Management: Work closely with the Contract Manager to oversee subcontractors and support effective contract performance.
