About the Team

The Central CRM team is a dynamic group of specialists dedicated to executing campaigns for local markets and spearheading global strategic initiatives. As a key member, you will be instrumental in expanding our subscriber base and enhancing engagement metrics.

About the Role

As a CRM Developer in the Central CRM team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop custom CRM solutions globally and deliver complex marketing automations effectively. This role requires a passionate and technical marketer who can simplify approaches to solutions and put the customer at the centre of their decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of custom CRM solutions using Liquid, SQL, HTML and implementation of new CRM functionalities.
  • Supporting our data infrastructure within our marketing platform.
  • Work with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including testing that optimises performance of new & existing campaigns.
  • Automation of processes for operational excellence.
  • Develop best-in-class working practices to improve operational rigour, documentation, knowledge sharing and stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee complex multi-channel automations and campaigns from creation to execution, including analysis and reporting.
  • Be an expert in data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to deliver projects and ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years CRM experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge in CRM automation development.
  • Strong understanding of a scripting language eg Liquid, Ampscript, Javascript.
  • Good understanding of HTML and SQL.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Data visualisation tools & reporting.
  • Braze experience preferred.
