**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Science Technician to join our team at an Ofsted "Good" Secondary school in Weston-Super-Mare. As a Science Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom, ensuring a smooth learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in preparing science lessons and experiments
• Maintain laboratory equipment and materials
• Support students with special needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in a related field (science, education, or a related subject)
• Previous experience working in a UK school
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
• An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
