We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Production Operations Manager to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) in Birmingham. As a Production Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality artwork assets.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing production briefs, planning resource requirements, logging them on relevant systems, identifying where additional resources may be needed, and securing those resources. You will also be responsible for pre-validating briefs before sending them for production, ensuring adherence to quality control processes, and implementing continuous improvements to production processes and methods.
In addition, you will work closely with the account team to provide consultancy support on process improvements and mentor the team to embed best practices in briefing and CPA management. You will also be responsible for managing CPA deliveries, ensuring all QC processes are adhered to, and undertaking QC checks for every project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in artwork production roles, familiarity with software tools and processes, and a clear understanding of print processes, materials, and methods. They should have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and possess an exceptional eye for detail.
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
