Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Engineering Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-precision CNC machines, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with colleagues to optimize production efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain high-precision CNC machines.
  • Program and set up machinery for production runs.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • Extensive experience working with CNC machines.
  • Proficiency in Siemens software.
