Job Title: Fundraiser

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Fundraiser to join our team at BCN Wildlife Trust. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in securing vital funds to support our conservation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet our conservation goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to secure funding and support.
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a conservation or environmental organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management.
  • Knowledge of fundraising principles, practices, and techniques, including grant writing and donor engagement.
