About the Job

The Team Coordinator for Strategy and Knowledge plays a critical role in supporting senior management and colleagues across the directorate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, planning and organizing meetings and events, and developing and maintaining administrative systems.

Main Tasks
  • Support senior management with day-to-day tasks, including correspondence and diary management.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and minute-taking.
  • Develop and implement new administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements

You will need to have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
