Key Responsibilities:- Compliance: Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations, including safety standards, environmental laws, and labor regulations.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and resolve compliance issues related to manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain management.
- Train employees on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare all necessary reports and documentation to maintain compliance.
- Design and execute CSR initiatives that align with our company's values, focusing on sustainable manufacturing practices, ethical sourcing, community engagement, and employee welfare.
- Manage partnerships with NGOs, local communities, and environmental groups to support our CSR objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Promote sustainable practices within the company, from reducing waste and emissions to supporting responsible sourcing and fair labor practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- ~4+ years of experience in compliance, CSR, or a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- ~ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices related to environmental impact, health and safety, and labor laws.
