We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Bolton, a leading automotive retail dealership in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Sell new cars from the Renault and Dacia ranges to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive sales experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, such as finance, insurance, and extended warranties.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new car models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
- Current job experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer.
- Confident and determined individual with a successful career history in commission-based sales (ideally in motor retail).
- Superb personal presentation and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Full UK Driver's license is essential for company car insurance, carrying out test drives, and eligibility to the Company Car scheme.
- A basic salary of £25,500 per annum, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £51,000 pa.
- A proportion of commission paid on order take, with top performers earning significantly more.
- A demonstrator car from day one and a tax-efficient car after one month's service.
