Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage up to 8 teams of fencers working on multiple customer sites across the West Midlands.
  • Liaise with customer site managers and quantity surveyors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Price work on an ad-hoc basis, including small works and main contract projects.
  • Manage the schedule of works for the teams and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Have a strong understanding of fencing installation and specifications.

Requirements:

  • SSSTS qualification and experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
