We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Assistants to provide support for pupils with additional needs in our dynamic and ambitious school.
As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with our skilled and well-informed team to tailor learning and resources to meet the needs of individual pupils. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the welfare and well-being of all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized support to pupils with additional needs
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans
- Assisting with classroom activities and promoting a positive learning environment
- Working as part of a team to support the wider life of the school
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment. You will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Enhanced Disclosure Certificate check.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:40am to 3:15pm, with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the children.
