**Factory Operations Manager**

Lead operational excellence in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, high efficiency, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Manage and motivate the factory team to meet production goals and KPIs, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Manage and coordinate all production activities, ensuring optimal performance in line with company standards, while focusing on continuous improvement and waste reduction.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations (including HACCP and BRC) as well as health & safety policies, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Control operational budgets, including labour, materials, and maintenance costs, ensuring cost-effective production.
  • Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives, using lean manufacturing techniques to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.

**Requirements:**


  • Extensive experience in a senior management role within a food manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and quality standards, such as HACCP and BRC.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
  • Demonstrable experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach to management.
