Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Reinsurance Transformation Consultant, you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in the growth of our outwards reinsurance practice through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and upskilling the wider team.
  • Manage outwards reinsurance transformation projects for leading global (re)insurance clients.
  • Maintain a good overview of the market for outwards reinsurance systems and develop in-depth knowledge of how to use specific partner systems.
  • Contribute to outwards reinsurance business development and thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 years' professional work experience in consulting, (re)insurance industry, or (re)insurance technology vendor role, with good understanding of reinsurance and the London Market
  • Experience working in outwards (ceded) reinsurance space, either transformation or operational role
  • Numerate and comfortable being exposed to data and technology concepts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised self-starter, adaptable, and eager to learn
