We're looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our culinary team and craft exceptional dishes that match the energy and quality of our venue.

The Role (Head Chef):

As our Head Chef, you'll be at the heart of Berlinkys' culinary operation. This is your chance to lead a passionate kitchen team, creating dishes that perfectly complement the venue's electric atmosphere.

This is a hands-on role where your creativity and leadership skills will shine. From menu development to sourcing quality ingredients, you'll ensure every dish exceeds expectations while maintaining top standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a creative, high-quality menu that aligns with our brand.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes every time.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, licensing, and health regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house teams to provide seamless service.

About You:

We're looking for a Head Chef who lives and breathes the art of cooking. You'll thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

You should have:

  • Proven experience in a Head Chef role or similar leadership position.
  • A flair for creativity and innovation in menu design.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor your team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of budget management, stock control, and kitchen operations.
