Residential Home Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to elderly individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual care plans for residents
- Provide dementia care and support to residents with memory-related conditions
- Administer medications following prescribed guidelines
- Supervise and lead a team of care staff to deliver compassionate and effective care
- Ensure the smooth running of the care home, maintaining high standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a residential home manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of care home regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A compassionate and patient-centred approach to senior care
