Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Alvaston Hall. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and clean stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the hotel.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of customer service, hotel operations, and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, providing assistance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the hotel's high standards of quality and service, ensuring all guests receive a memorable experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, hotel operations, and product knowledge.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to supporting colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
