We're looking for a talented Front of House Team Member to join our team at The King's Head Inn, a quintessential country pub with rooms in Newton under Roseberry. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our inn, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Taking food and drink orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Providing exceptional bar service and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver great food and exceptional service
  • Delivering bills and taking payment efficiently and professionally
  • Being a supportive and proactive team player, always looking for ways to improve our service and exceed customer expectations

To be successful as a Front of House Team Member, you'll need:
