Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamic Quantitative Manager to lead our Fixed Income eTrading team in London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative subjects, with a Master's degree or higher, and at least 5 years of experience in Front Office roles, including algorithm development and automated trading.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of new algorithms and pricing models;
  • Manage and mentor junior team members;
  • Collaborate with trading teams and other global FM locations to drive business growth;
  • Lead the client execution team;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science);
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative finance or related field;
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a salary range of £150,000 - £200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
