Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely completion of planned and reactive maintenance tasks across our campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out fault finding and repairs on a range of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Prioritize scheduling of maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements, ensuring a high-quality service to our clients.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of our engineering systems, including specialist campus control systems such as Siemens, Delmatic, and Ventilux.
  • Proactively seek learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Support the delivery of small works and upgrade projects, utilizing our site's technologies and systems when carrying out duties.
  • Support team members with larger or more complex tasks as required, and oversee the work of contractors and specialist suppliers.
  • Contribute to the sourcing and ordering of parts and materials, considering suitability and costs.
  • Ensure site standard operating procedures are fully adhered to.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience working in M&E building maintenance in high-profile corporate environments.
  • Ability to fault find and diagnose issues on M&E and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent teamwork, ownership, and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to use IT systems and software.
