Job Title: Senior AV Technician

Prospero Integrated is seeking an experienced Senior AV Technician to join our team. As a key member of our London team, you will represent our client and work onsite, leading and managing a team of AV and Event Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of AV and Event Technicians to provide high-quality technical support to clients.
  • Ensure the team provides excellent service, meeting agreed SLAs and managing the delivery of all VC AV business as usual services.
  • Support video conference, audio conference, presentation, meeting, and events.
  • Manage large display solutions, AV engineering, fault rectification, and escalation.
  • Supervise colleagues and local operations, manage end-user AV training, and ensure compliance with information security policies.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of audio DSP-based technologies, gain structure, and sound reinforcement within the presentation environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in a corporate audio-visual environment.
  • Organized, flexible, and competent in computer literacy.
  • Working knowledge of communications, networking, audio-visual systems, and system components.
