Are you a motivated and empathetic Clinical Recovery Support Worker looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our integrated substance misuse team at HMP Bronzefield.

In this critical role, you will deliver high standards of daily treatments and support service users in recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. As a registered nurse with minimum 1 year post-registration experience, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including NMC Pin paid, revalidation appraisal online portfolio, and 6 days of CPD per year.
