At Wilmslow Specsavers, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Optical Assistant to join our team. As an Apprentice Optician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and able to work well under pressure. They will also possess strong initiative and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,500 per annum, with opportunities for progression and professional development. Our stores are open 5 days a week, including weekends, and you will receive comprehensive training in-store, without the need for college attendance.

You will be working towards a Level 3 Optical Assistant apprenticeship standard, with a full-time commitment of 5 out of 7 days, including weekend working. You will be supported by our experienced team and benefit from regular feedback and coaching.
