About the Role:

Randstad is currently working with multiple schools to find the right Teaching Assistants with differing skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of lessons in accordance with curriculum requirements and teacher instructions.
  • Possess and maintain a deep and secure knowledge of your subject and be open to trying a more hands-on approach to the curriculum.
  • Create a challenging and stimulating classroom climate that motivates pupils to learn, think independently, empathize with others, and perform to the best of their abilities.
  • Be aware of the learning needs of the pupils you teach and ensure each student is given every opportunity to fulfill their potential.

Requirements:

  • Strong Classroom Management Skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
  • Classroom experience preferred but not necessary
