About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Aberdeen. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation support for factory equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair factory equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct wiring and fault finding in panels and SCADA systems to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance routines to prevent equipment downtime and ensure compliance with UK Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
  • Carry out boiler safety tests and maintain accurate engineering records.
  • Liaise with engineering contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in an engineering team within a FMCG manufacturer.
  • Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 18th Edition Electrical Training certification.
