Catch22 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our learners.

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Functional Skills in Maths and English, catering to learners from Entry Level to Level 2.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters learner achievement, success, and progression.
• Develop effective relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular progress reviews with learners, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their growth.
• Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful classroom culture that values diversity and promotes social inclusion.

• A recognized teaching qualification.
• Significant experience in teaching and planning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality educational programs.
• Ability to work with diverse learner groups, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
