Job Description: As an experienced Gas Network Design Expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing gas network solutions, managing all aspects of the design lifecycle, and working closely with the management team to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing gas network solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulations.
- Managing all aspects of the design lifecycle, including producing Gas Designs and supporting information for approval by the Adopting Gas Transporters.
- Working closely with the management team to meet customer expectations.
Requirements: Ideal candidate will have experience working as an Estimator/Designer in the UIP/GT/IGT industry, qualified through IGEM to EngTech, NVQ Level 4 Gas Network Engineering Management Design Qualification, or City & Guilds 5831-80 qualification in Gas Network Design. Knowledge of gas designer's duties under CDM, Gasworks 9 or Snap design software, and familiar with Gas industry standards; GIG 2 (Gas Industry Guidelines) is essential.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
