We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to work across Primary Schools. As a SENCO, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability and the associated paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role within a special educational needs setting
* In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs
* Relevant degree and SENCO qualification are essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
* Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
