Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Factory Cleaner to join a growing company in Kidderminster. The successful candidate will be reliable, passionate and take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain warehouse and factory area, including floors, restrooms and workspaces.
- Empty bins and manage waste removal and recycling.
- Sweep warehouse and factory floors including outside areas.
- Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Report any damages, hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with general upkeep and tidiness of the facility.
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload and tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Flexible working hours.
- Onsite parking and staff facilities.
