About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our team at Coalesce Management Consulting. As a Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our defence project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements management, with experience in working with defence and aerospace projects. You will be responsible for liaising with technical authorities and the end customer to gather and document requirements for complex end products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with technical authorities and the end customer to gather and document requirements
  • Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices
  • Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and unambiguous
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure requirements are met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Requirements management experience
  • Requirements review experience
  • Defence and aerospace experience
  • DOORS fluency
  • Current or eligibility for security clearance
