About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at JobLookUp. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, delivering exceptional service, and identifying sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on customer quotations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer queries and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and minimal errors.
  • Monitor and manage back orders to ensure the order book is delivered on time and in full.
