Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Milton Keynes to join our team at Matchtech. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring alignment with project objectives and value for money.

Your responsibilities will include providing commercial support and decision-making across all contracts, negotiating commercial agreements with third parties, and supporting contract management and administration of Project Manager obligations under NEC3 Contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administering contracts for infrastructure projects, an understanding of dispute resolution processes and procedures, and familiarity with common commercial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial support and decision-making across all contracts
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with third parties

Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
