Responsibilities:
- To work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services to individuals
- To assess the needs of clients and develop tailored support plans that meet their requirements
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
- To collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support is provided to clients
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working in a social care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
