About Us: Hampton's Resourcing Ltd is proud to be working in close partnership with a well-established and passionate Adults social care provider to help recruit for a motivated and resilient Registered Manager to oversee a unique Learning Disabilities service.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disabilities service in the Southampton Area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support services to service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management).
  • Experience of working in a Learning Disabilities service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
