Job Description:

As a New and Used Sales Consultant at Greenhous Telford in TF1 5SU, you will be responsible for selling new and used commercial vehicles while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on selecting the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Assist customers in finding their ideal new or used commercial vehicle by understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
  • Add-On Products: Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, paint protection, and cosmetic warranty, adding value to the customer's purchase.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards personal sales and finance targets, contributing to the dealership's success.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, market trends, and dealership offerings to enhance your sales skills.
  • Paperwork & Compliance: Complete all required paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
  • Stock Management: Assist in managing vehicle inventory, ensuring a range of high-quality new and used commercial cars are available.
