About You:
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of mechanical design projects from concept to production.
- Lead a team in creating, testing, and refining new designs for heavy machinery.
- Produce detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure designs are practical and cost-effective.
- Apply industry best practices to improve machinery performance, durability, and safety.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and integrate innovative solutions into designs.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years plus experience in crushing and screening.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
