Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Blue Water Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in various construction projects across South Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the project team to place subcontract orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all payments are made in accordance with contractual agreements.
  • Prepare cost value and cost forecasts reports for monthly review.
  • Ensure all final accounts are submitted on time and in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • BSc or HNC in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in IT and commercial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Full clean driving licence.
