We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our dynamic team at Service Care Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of various building projects, playing a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction through your technical expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Perform a comprehensive range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements.
* Execute routine reactive repairs as well as substantial renewal and refurbishment projects.
* Ensure compliance with current standards, regulations, and best practices within the trade.
* Diagnose building faults accurately and efficiently.
* Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer service.

In this role, you will engage with both void and tenanted properties, delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship. This position offers the opportunity for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.

**Working Hours and Compensation:**

* Standard working hours: 37 hours per week
* Hourly pay rate: £25.09 Ltd (equivalent PAYE rate: £21.39, inclusive of holiday pay)
* Immediate start available

**Qualifications:**

* NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in a core trade (Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, etc.)
* Proficient multi-trade skills
* Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own transport
