Job Description

We are delighted to be partnering with Antony James Recruitment Ltd in their search for a qualified Lawyer for this newly created position of Senior Legal Counsel in Governance. This role would be ideal for someone who has a strong appetite for governance, you will assist with all legal advice and governance support, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on governance matters to the company and its stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective governance practices are in place.
  • Conduct research and analysis on governance-related topics to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Lawyer with a strong background in governance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
