Based in Brussels and requiring on-site presence for 2-3 days per week, this role offers a mix of office and remote work.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering advanced security solutions and will be involved in a high-profile project, ensuring robust and secure systems across various industries. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist looking to make a significant impact in security projects with long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities to ensure effective detection and response.
  2. Assist in enhancing and developing existing security policies to align with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
  3. Improve security processes and workflows, ensuring continuous enhancement of security measures and procedures.
  4. Participate in or lead security projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Strong technical background in security, with experience in analyzing and mitigating security incidents and vulnerabilities.
  2. Broad IT knowledge supplemented with technical expertise in security operations and risk management.
  3. Familiarity with current security technologies, such as vulnerability management, endpoint detection & response (EDR), network detection & response (NDR), and Security Incident & Event Management (SIEM) tools.
  4. Experience in improving security processes and working on policy enhancements.
