Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Head Office and Retail Operations Centre (ROC) areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Head Office & the ROC functions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all ER matters and provide ongoing support to the HR Business Partner in their role.
  • Identify where HR issues/queries need to be escalated and refer them to the appropriate level of HR management.
  • Monitor, analyse & report on key HR Data/KPI's such as turnover of staff, sickness absence etc.
  • Develop and update internal HR guidance/procedures on key HR processes.
Requirements:
  • Confident self-starter with a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR matters.
  • Ability to challenge and influence where needed.
  • Good commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience working across multiple sites within a fast-paced organisation.
