Learning Disability Care Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join our client's Residential service in the North East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to take on a key role in supporting adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential services, supervising care teams, and developing Person-Centred Care Plans. A qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an NVQ Level 3, is also desirable.
A salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting vulnerable adults. In addition, the successful candidate will receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
